Talent Acquisition Executive (Beach Road)
Job Description
Our client, a real estate development entity with international presence is currently inviting suitably candidate to join for the role of a Talent Acquisition Executive.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Source, assess and recruit candidates in various portals such as Indeed/Facebook/Jobstreet/LinkedIn etc.
• Posting of job listings on different job boards.
• Coordinate with Hiring Managers as and when required
• Perform phone screening and/or involve face to face interview with hiring managers for various role
• Conduct contract discussion, job offer and contract signing.
• Conduct on-boarding and employee orientation
• Perform all administrative duties related to the recruitment role.
• Support all other HR related initiatives/ad-hoc administrative tasks as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Min. Diploma/Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience as In-house Talent Acquisition or agency environment preferably in construction industry.
• Hands on experience with various recruitment channels
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and reach out to potential candidates through various sources and media
• Meticulous and organized, ability to work independently
