Our client, a leading Food Service organisation is currently inviting suitably candidate to join for the role of a Head of Supply Chain.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible to lead and manage the Singapore Supply chain team to develop a holistic business processes associated with sales forecasting, demand & supply planning and warehouse & distribution.
Supply chain management including inventory planning, shipping, order management, transportation, 3PL management (Local / Export / Import).
• Manage local S&OP processes to support cross-functional management operations performance.
• Responsible and accountable for day to day operations and development of the business activities and operations.
• Leading and executing transformation projects within Supply Chain, develop the strategy, change management activities and training needs for the Supply Chain team.
• Monitor cost management programs, including annual budget budget development, monthly P/L review and cost analysis.
• Solid hands-on experience to lead and implement WMS and other various systems in Supply Chain team.

REQUIREMENTS:  
• Min. Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant senior management experience in supply chain operations in the Foodservice industry, desirable in the Supply chain/logistics environment
• Experience in ERP, SAP and WMS
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
