Our client, a real estate development entity with international presence is currently inviting suitably candidate to join for the role of an Electrical Engineer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• In-charge of ACMV, powering equipment and controls
• To interpret shop drawings & communicate with Site Managers and consultants
• Knowledge of powering equipment in ACMV and can do controls
• To propose plan & implement ACMV electrical installations
• To ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards is maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.
• To carry out equipment start up/testing and commissioning interface with Building Automation System (BAS).
• To design ACMV electrical installation drawings and control starter panel of ACMV equipment

REQUIREMENTS:
• Min. Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM software is an added advantage.
