Role Accountabilities:

Drive full life cycle implementation of client Front to Back Capital Markets software utilizing cascading and/or agile project delivery methodologies. Enforce project governance, capacity planning, and risk management. Enforcing implementation best practices with clients/implementation partners

Manage the expectations of users/stakeholders

Perform crisis management when required

Managing virtual teams of client functional and technical implementation consultants (on a project basis)

Promote client methodology and solution packaging during the pre-sales stage

Requirement:

Above 8 years work experience and a minimum of 5 years project management experience, ideally leading the implementation of treasury software/capital markets (preferably) or other banking software.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects through formal management techniques (workplans, progress reports, problem and risk management, financial monitoring, earned value, etc.)

Ability to work independently in high stress situations while following a project delivery methodology

Strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders.
