Job Description

  • To work closely with Project Team to manage projects
  • In charge of coordinating and liaising all site works (own work, Sub-Cons, Vendors)
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Ensure all works onsite proceed smoothly and according to schedule
  • Liaise with In-house Interior Designers to ensure clients’ expectations are met
  • Other related duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • ITE / Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in related field in the ID industry or space planning arena
  • Experience working with Clients / IDs / Consultants / Sub-cons / Vendors etc
  • Able to read drawings and floor plans
  • Able to multi-task and able to handle stress / pressure within tight deadlines
  • Adaptive and quick thinking to handle challenges on site  
  • Good with MS Words and Excel
  • Having a Class 3 license will be an added advantage
  • Working location: East
