As a Facilities Engineer, you will be involved in day-to-day management of the office building facilities for the company. These include but not limited to:
- Day-to-day management of building facilities and services of the building and its tenants/clients
- Develop and maintain partnership with clients, contractors and/or vendors etc
- Recommend and implement improvement works at building premises to meet service standards
- Facilitate and ensure contractors/vendors complete their repair and maintenance works accordingly to required timelines and standards
- Other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Degree in Building/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field of study.
- 5 or more years of relevant working experiences
- Conversant in M&E and building maintenance works
- Strong communication skills both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office
- Confident to make decisions of reasonable quality
- Attentive to details, proactive in driving initiatives and has a customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Creative and problem-solving aptitude
- A team player who is independent, patient and adaptable
